Sep 23, 2017. #1. My iPhone 7 (iOS 11, upgraded to beta version about a week before official release) has been stuck uploading my Camera Roll to iCloud Photo Library at 1% for several days. I’ve already signed in and out of iCloud, turned my phone off and on again, done a hard reset, and turned off iCloud Photo Library in Settings.
I am trying to delete photos from my iphone but when I do, those photos are removed from my iCloud Photo Library as well. I was hoping that iCloud Photo Library would keep the photos so that I can free up space on my phone and but still have access to the photos via iCloud.

By giving Facebook access to your photo library, only the Facebook app on that device is able to see your pictures when you want to post photos from that device. The rest of your photos don't get uploaded to Facebook in anyway unless you explicitly enable syncing off them.
