Hi, My Acrobat Pro 2020 perpetual license keep asking to sign in. It should not required to sign in for perpetual license as it's already activated using Serial Number. Any advise? Anyone faced this issue too?

Since about a month my, and my colleges Acrobat Pro (64-bit) version keeps crashing/hanging for some reason. The program is up to date. Last week I found a another new update, but it still very unresponsive. Is there an easy fix or do we need to go back and install and old version? Thanks.

My employer has bought a serial number for Acrobat Pro 2020 for me. Unfortunately, I can not activate the full version, though. I entered the serial number during the installation process of the app. No effect. Now (after the installation) I do not find any way to (re-)enter the serial number or act...
That is the "continuous" version of Acrobat Acrobat DC. It is NOT called "Reader DC 2020" or some other year, that's a different product. The continuous version expects the user to auto update, and this is a condition for support. There is no end in sight.

New Here , Jan 31, 2022. On one of our company's PCs there is the following problem: User selects an e-mail with PDF attachment in Outlook 2019, right-clicks on the attachment and says "quick print". Acrobat Pro 2020 opens and prints the document successfully, but directly after that a Windows popup says "Acrobat Pro 2020 has stopped working".
I own Acrobat 2020 for MAC. I have been trying to install the plugin for FileOpen so I can open an encrypted file. The FileOpen plugin will not install into Adobe Acrobat 2020. I have tried to install on Mac OS 10.4.6, 10.16 and neither will work. Anybody else having this same problem??????
