Sign in to your Spectrum.net account using the same log in as the forum. Click on the TV tab, and click on "Watch TV." You will need: 1.) Spectrum Internet. 2.) You must subscribe to the appropriate channel packages. Anything that you watch on CATV, to which you subscribe, should be watchable through a PC, device, or the Spectrum app. Satch
If you’re new to Spectrum, you need to create a Spectrum username to sign in to the Spectrum TV app or Spectrum.TV.com. You’ll need to allow 24 to 72 hours for your new username to work with the Spectrum TV app or on SpectrumTV.com.
The Spectrum TV app isn’t intended to be used on jailbroken devices. Your Spectrum account must be in good standing. Good morning and welcome to the Spectrum Community, @Jake717. It sounds like the app isn't getting the information from the modem concerning the entitlements you have to your TV subscription. Most of the time a reboot of the modem (router too, wouldn't hurt) will take care of the issue and get everything on the same page.
In addition to your local channels, you can select 15 additional channels to add to your lineup. To view the full list of channels available at your location (including regional sports networks): Log in to watch.spectrum.net and go to the Settings tab. (From there, you will be able to view the channel lineup.) Select Edit Lineup.
Spectrum support says the issue rests with my Edge browser as the Google Chrome browser installed on the same PC shows all live TV channels without any issues. I have both reset Edge to factory defaults and have also reinstalled Edge twice, but the problem still exists. Edge won’t display live Spectrum TV, but Google Chrome will.
