    Well, the ACP standard is a primary source, so it also doesn't have much weight. I mean, I can and did use it for "The ACP standard uses GMT", but to use that to imply that the military prefers GMT to UTC would be a synthetic claim, which is forbidden for primary sources. In this case the secondary source (UTC replaced GMT) contradicts it.
