The State Attorney’s Office is located at the corner of 3rd Street and North Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach. It is the building directly north of the Palm Beach County Courthouse. Metered parking is available on adjacent streets. Parking garages are located west and east of the Courthouse.
The County Court Division handles all misdemeanor cases — more than 32,000 cases were opened in 2022. These are crimes that can be sentenced to up to one year in the Palm Beach County Jail. Some examples of misdemeanor crimes are: DUI, Battery, Trespass, and Retail Theft.
Biography of Dave Aronberg. Dave Aronberg was elected State Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit in November 2012 and re-elected without opposition in 2016 and 2020. He is a former Assistant Attorney General, White House Fellow and Florida Senator.
