Either way, adding something like that via any userscript or extension would probably require an API request with the Steam game id to the gg.deals and getting back the gg.deals game url. Also, an API could provide a way to show current low/historical low on Steam pages like SteamDB extension already does, but with more stores.
Then, adding more of the features of GG.deals, like price comparison, price history charts, deals, news, collection, etc. This way you would have the best features for an app before and then keep adding functionality to make the app full fledged.
And gg.deals including keyshops by default and putting them on the same level as official stores essentially makes that decision for them. If you're going to make keyshops opt-out, at least please try to educate players on what are the implications of using keyshops. gg.deals used to be much better at this: keyshops were on a separate page
