Signed up for Xfinity rewards diamond member and promised Peacock Premium Plus for free. On login to Peacock only recognizes my account as standard account, not premium plus and only allows option to subscribe for $5.99. Tried many things to activate and nothing works... Please help

If you are still looking for ' ad free' peacock, go to peacock on your computer/ phone and create a new account thats NOT tide to the Xfinity account, pay for the premium-ad free, then sign into the app on your TV with the new account. It works, I have ad free peacock for the first time since June
Unfortunately, I signed up for the free Peacock Premium account offer from Xfinity. Afterward, I found out it is not possible to add the “Plus” portion to the free Xfinity Premium plan. I want to downgrade/cancel the free Peacock Premium account that is linked to Xfinity. Like other customers, I have not found a way to do this.
