For air link I have tried with ethernet and wifi, made sure same network, and also made sure my device is on private - discoverable. My quest charges from PC and I can see the files in file explorer and I use the original $70 oculus cable. I've looked literally everywhere and have basically given up so resorting to Reddit for any last ideas.
