If you already have an account for the Clearinghouse (Background Screening System), FHURS, AIRS, BCAR, or ITOP, you will not need to create a new User Name and Password. Simply login using your existing user information.
Create user account on the Clearinghouse Results Website AHCA Portal Login. Request program access to Background Screening Clearinghouse – Florida Medicaid and generate user agreement. Submit signed Provider User Registration Agreement to Medicaid for approval.

Screening Information. The Background Screening Unit reviews the Level 2 criminal history results for all background screenings submitted as part of the employment process for a health care provider and/or for participation as a provider in the Florida Medicaid program.
