Prime video, HBO Max, and Disney plus will not connect. I’ve tried uninstalling apps, and resetting devices. It hasn’t fixed the issue. I can connect on everything else

To update an AT&T phone, it must be on an AT&T account (verified by SIM in phone and IMEI showing on the account). Then the update can be done.
