04-18-2023 09:08 AM. @EmPyJ I'm sorry for the confusion! Your gift card can be used in any JCPenney store or on JCP.com. 04-17-2023 09:59 PM. @EmPyJ unfortunately it's no longer usable; Sephora ended their partnership with JCP about a year ago so unfortunately you're probably out of luck.

Gift card is empty. I was gifted a sephora gift card from my friend. It is supposed to have $ balance on it. When I check it online it says $0 balance. My friend went in store and I went in store telling them about this issue but they tell us there is nothing they can do about it. I also contacted CS by phone but they were not helpful at all.

Gift card balance GONE. I was given $100 Sephora gift card for Christmas. Recently, I spent about $40 of it on various products. This evening I logged onto the app to buy a new product. When I attempted to check out, my gift card balance was GONE! I no longer have the physical card.
