Hello everyone, A customer never received her package. According to tracking, updates stopped after it departed Mexico City. I issued her a partial refund on March 10, 2020. She has messaged me several times since then, asking about the status of her refund. I have told her repeatedly that refunds are handled by Etsy.

What I'm offended by is that this saying seems to clearly violate Etsy's TOU about prohibiting items that promote violence. The saying is literally "I will kill a woman with a homemade knife for you." But when you put it in 'street slang' or 'prison slang,' and put it on a candle, suddenly it's cute and whimsical.
