The 2024 Annual Report filing deadline is 5 pm EST, Friday, September 27 th. The last day to file and select the payment voucher is Friday, September 20 th. The voucher and payment must be received and processed by the Division of Corporations by September 27 th.
An amended annual report can be filed at any time once the initial annual report has been filed. All Annual Reports must be entered and submitted electronically online. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or by check or money order.
The fee to file a limited liability company annual report is $138.75 if filed between January 1st and May 1st. After May 1st the limited liability company will be subject to a $400 late fee.
