That would be 144 square feet, which at $5 per square foot would be a deduction of $720. Crucially, you don't need to mess with complex calculations, depreciation, and recapture. It's just a very simple question of how much space is used, and is it 100% dedicated to business.
Vine is sort of a legal gray-area (and has been for years). In germany and most other European countries we didn't have to pay any tax until now and won't have to until 01.01.2024, when the changes go into effect. At that point, the DAC-7 (a EU guideline) forces amazon to report our vine-orders to our respective countries' tax-offices (our IRS').
Yes, Amazon Vine is a program where Amazon invites trusted reviewers to post opinions about new and pre-release items to help their fellow customers make informed purchase decisions. Amazon provides these reviewers with free products that have been submitted to the program by participating vendors.

Discussion. Here we go!!! In the past six months, I've learned a lot about making my Vine experience a good one. Here are some of my thoughts for anyone curious: There's a lot of junk on Vine. You'll learn quickly what to avoid but will still get some doozies. There's a lot of great things on Vine. Things you need and are about to buy.
First document I entered was the 1099-NEC I received from Amazon as a part of their Vine program. The listed amount was about $1,100. At the time TurboTax was showing a refund due from Federal. When I entered the 1099-NEC, the refund amount went down. Calculating the effective tax rate from that one action, the 1099-NEC is being taxed at an ...
If an item already has 20 reviews, that item can only have 10 Vine reviews. That’s it. If it’s desirable and there are hundreds - potentially thousands - of other people camping on Vine for these higher quality items, probably while you work or sleep or eat, you’re just not going to get them.
