William and Mary sends out post cards to about 25% of the students that are going to be accepted RD to tell them to expect good things in a couple months. It just goes out to RD - both rounds of ED were already accepted, and W&M doesn’t have EA.

hi! just posting here to help out other applicants 🙂 I’m an OOS student who just got into W&M RD. I was also offered the James Monroe Scholar opportunity. Here are my stats! 1540 SAT 4.0 unweighted GPA 9 APs, 2 honors received a cypher postcard lots of extracurriculars, including top 3 in the nation for debate good luck to everyone!!

It is odd to think that William and Mary might lose to Lafayette College if W&M calls, but it is a real possibility now. 1 month ago, Serina would have signed her life away for W&M. But this is totally starting to feel like a bad boyfriend! Sometimes you have to love the college that loves you back.

All of William & Mary’s upperclassmen dorms now have AC to my knowledge. A couple of the freshman dorms: Lemon, Jefferson, and Yates have AC in the rooms as well. If you are dead set on living in a dorm with AC, you can try to mark that you would prefer a larger dorm in your housing preference survey – which in most cases they do have AC.
