At the end of the day all it is, is a guess. Controllers, 1st party games, sports titles, 5 Nintendo 1st party games, funkos, etc. again, these are just a guess because they always are on sale during Black Friday. For only $100 difference id just buy a brand new one. Best part is walking out the store with it and opening it up for the first time knowing it was made just for you. $400 is a high risk for used.
