Your Discord server > Server Settings > Integrations > MEE6/Personalised Bot. Click on /write, /imagine, /characters or /magic-avatars. Click on Add roles or members, click on everyone, then click Add. Click on next to everyone. Click on Save.
Well, I still use Mee6 and I'm slowly weaning off. Like most people are saying, YAG bot is the best so far. I also finally started playing around with programming my own bot. I'm all for paying for a service if I need it. However most people who are ragging on Mee6 are people like myself who remember when Mee6 first made its debut.

MEE6 premium really is a premium service now. For the majority of server administrators, you can probably just fill the gaps with several free alternative bots instead. Just set them up once and you're good to go if its a small server with your friends.
To be perfectly honest Mee6 one of the worst leveling systems outbtgere on functional verified bots, very restricted. Here's some I personally can reccomend. Customisable xp rates - Probot Ability to modify a users level - Arcane (only their leveling is good, don't bother with any of its moderation as its terrible)
Used Mee6 in my server for few years to ping everyone when new youtube video is posted, recently got a new channel and went to change the bot and find that the feature has been locked behind paywall meaning I can't change feature that was once free
