    You can use Bluetooth hearing aids on your computer, as long as your PC is Bluetooth (which is the case!) Just head to Windows Settings > Bluetooth and devices and click on the "Add device" button. Select the "Bluetooth" option and wait for your device to appear. Make sure your audio device is in pairing mode, so it will appear on your screen.

    I found a reddit post that asks a similar question. There are two options on that it appears. You could try to stream the audio from the Xbox to a PC an listen to it that way or you could buy a Bluetooth transmitter with a jack that would fit into the controller and do it like that.
