Windows: Go to C:/Program Files/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/ and run CaptureLogs.bat application. Linux: From the Applications menu, under DaVinci Resolve, select DaVinci Resolve Capture Logs. Note: Additional information - including the NFO file for Windows users and the SPX file for MacOS - is often useful.

Regarding the video flow IP to SDI, where is the specific multicast set up so the BM can listen to the correct address. The routing of the video signals has to be done via nmos. The ST2110 converter offers a really basic implementation of an nmos registry/ controller but I'd recommend looking into easy nmos.
Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall. Then Edit> Find. Type in Davinci Resolve and hit find. it will highlight the proper key. Double Click that key. Verify Display Name says Davinci Resolve. Double click the key that says uninstall string. Copy the data in that field.
