Doubt a seller would do that for feedback or tax write off as it doesn't make sense.
I set up a flat rate promo for a buyer that was having trouble requesting a combined shipping total through the cart. The system defaulted to charging the buyer the full shipping amount instead of automatically applying the promotion. Free Shipping is what sellers do to build the price of shipping into the item. You would have to do the same, as all those seller still HAVE TO PAY for the shipping. With the PO price increases, I've just started printing my own shipping labels. Rather than printing on a blank piece of paper and then taping to the front, do any of you use adhesive backed labels? Two to a sheet, or like the ones UPS uses? Any links to any?
For example my buyer wants a shipping discount. with paypal I could just go to the transaction and send a partial refund. How do I do this with managed payments? Will I get any of the fees back on a shipping discount refund?
Free P&P. 02-26-201711:49 AM - edited 02-26-201711:50 AM. Why does my listing have a banner saying it has free P&P when I am charging P&P and this is clear in the postage section. This is pretty misleading for buyers. This has never happened before and any suggestions as to how to stop it will be gratefully received.

He probably re-used a tracking # while: #2 He subscribed for Walmart+ for $99 a year and is using the free delivery service for drop shipping. Kind of smart, but won't last long. Walmart employs multiple methods to get your items to you.
