I use Microsoft 365 Business Standard and I'm currently unable to login to my email account on the Outlook desktop app (Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2203 Build 16.0.15028.20178) 64-bit) while I'm able to login on the Web App. Outlook simply says that "Something went wrong" and nothing else. Things I've done:
* Click on “Manage how you sign in to Microsoft”. * Click on “Add email” You can either create a new Outlook email or add an existing email address you want to use. * Follow the prompts to verify your new email address. * Once added, you can then make the new email the Primary Alias and then remove the initial email address if you so want.
For adding AOL account to Outlook, please follow the steps below: 1. Open Outlook. 2. Select File in the Outlook top menu. 3. In the left pane, select Info then Add Account. 4. Enter your AOL email address and then click Connect. 5.
All users can access Outlook 365 OWA via a hotspot or any other internet connection All other 365 services are accessible via web and desktop applications. I have been able to log in to 365 using an external company 365 login.

If you want to configure an AT&T account using the POP3 protocol. #4 - Enter the email address.
*** if these settings don't work for you, you will need to contact your provider for the correct email settings or check the website associated with our specific account. Also as a FYI, to configure the account using IMAP, you should only need to enter the email address / password for the account if everything is configured correctly on the server.
