Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 6:27 PM. Getting stuck on a constant loop when trying to access Xfinity email. Every time I click 'Check Email' it always reroutes me to a default page and never goes to the email. I've tried other suggestions on forums that I've seen such as clearing browser cache/using incognito mode, but they all produce the same result.
Can I have email address for my complaint letter to xfinity!! Can not find it ! It's frustrating and upsetting, so called agents are looping around and saying different things! Misleading customers and lied too. There is no email address, sorry. If you create a new thread and post about your issue someone will be able to help you.
