There are other ways besides the website and Amtrak.com. Travel agents can still book tickets, too. I also forgot to mention a third-party site that books Amtrak coach tickets - Wanderu: Search & Compare Cheap Bus and Train Tickets You'll pay the same price and receive an e-ticket from Amtrak. They don't appear to do sleepers, though.

I just retired as a non-agreement employee from Amtrak. I was told that as long as my pass did not have my social security number on it, I would not need to change it. Today I went to book tickets for my wife and myself. The reservation clerk could not retrieve any information by using my SS# and said I was probably purged from the system.
They definitely will have sent it to you when you first booked, so unless you deleted it, you should still have it. If you don't still have it, just call Amtrak, give them your name and if you don't recall the reservation number, describe the trip to them, and I'm sure they will be able to send it to you. Regional 175 at 7:57pm is the last southbound Amtrak train of the day stopping at EWR. The next train is 8:32am the next morning. If you miss #175 you could take NJ Transit to Newark and have additional southbound Amtrak choices at 8:29, 9:23, and 10:22pm. Why Amtrak does not have at least one of those later trains stop at EWR is anybody's guess.
However, a window seat passenger refusing to allow an outlet to be used would be untenable. It's impossible under the current configuration for there to not be some theoretical issue such as the cable being caught in the tray table or at someone's feet. It's up to everyone to get along, although I could easily see an Amtrak employee stepping in.
