Recieved a PUA overpayment - fraud letter. I am self-employed, and during the pademic, I signed up for PUA unemployement. Everything went well, and once work resumed, I stopped requesting payments. Now this is were it gets foggy, since it's been a few years. A couple years after the fast, I recieved a letter asking me to confirm my identity.

Ohio Pua waiver was approved today notice of determination was sent out 11/17 they claim any money paid towards overpayment will be returned. But I'm sure that will be a month or 2. Senator Federora office emailed me today and said they would help with my claim due to the overpayment waiver.
