PHILLIP KELLER, an internationally regarded author and Bible teacher who spent much of the past four decades living in British Columbia, died July 20 in the Okanagan. A memorial service for Keller was held July 24 in Okanagan Falls Community Baptist Church, with a long time colleague, Sid Waterman, officiating.
