We are attempting to add a new customer service agent to our seller central account. In the past, we have added users via their work email address and relied upon them to use their own mobile phone numbers for registration 2FA.
I’m having this problem also. I never added a mobile number in that particular field, but I have it in several other places, including 2-step verification. The problem is, I no longer have access to the previous two phone numbers we had on the account.

I just got off the phone with Seller Support who informed me that effective October 1 Amazon extended delivery windows being shown to buyers for non-Prime merchant fulfilled orders. We noticed a massive drop in sales (even worse than they have already been).
You do not have access to a seller support phone number. You can get seller support to call you if you have a professional account by going through help.
