Planned Pethood makes it a priority to find homes for pets in our own backyard. We focus our efforts on dogs and cats in NW Ohio. This includes strays, shelters, puppy mill survivors, and owner surrenders.
Surrendering Your Pet. We encourage you to do everything you can to keep your pet. Shelters, rescues and pounds all have limited space, staff, volunteers and resources. We can help you find a good trainer or a volunteer that can share some options with you.
Planned Pethood does not have funding for and cannot assist you in the routine or extraordinary care of your animal. Please see resources below for help.
