Cannot insert a shape -- turning off Grammarly (as suggested in another thread) does not fix the issue. Split from this thread in which Grammarly turned out to be the problem. I have turned Grammarly add on off, and I still have the issue I closed Word 365, and I cannot insert shape. All the other features on the Insert tab works fine.
