Miami, FL. Posted 8 years ago. I saw a commercial about real estate investing on tv today his name was Than Merril he was advertising his real estate course,he was saying things like you don't need any credit or no money down. Has anyone heard anything about him, is he a scammer or is he legit?
With 3 full days of classes I hope I learn a few things. Has anyone else attended one of Than Merrill's 3 day classes? I hear the next up sell is the mentor program for $40,000. opps meant to put "FORTUNE Builders" I just left the Fortune Builders Seminar in New Orleans, La. It was the free 2 hour seminar.

Replied 10 years ago. iIrecently went thru this 1 night, 3 day wkend seminar earlier this year. one night will offer the 3 day for 2 ppl @ 199.00. The 3 day was very informative, as I am new to REI, but yes they try to sell you on the mentoring courses, ranging from 15,000.00-25,000.00.
