I use VPN to buy cheap stuffs from Brazil store and it's since 4months I think. Both are working fine, and I honestly never get banned for such issue even in PSN or Xbox or Microsoft. You are fine to use multiple accounts, but I don't think in Epic Games users can login to their accounts and play your games.
Many people with this problem. Thank you for explaining a possible solution, that I will try. But it is a shame Epic MUST provide an easy solution to their customers and alternatives for special cases taking account most FaceBook accounts were created decades ago and most FB users are using face/ finger recognition to access and perhaps forgot their login data.
I factory reset my xbox, and successfully linked a new epic games to the console, however, I cannot launch fortnite now. It keeps telling me it cannot login to my Epic Games account right now…please try again later? Ive tried all sorts of resets, etc. Please help!! Thank you.
I then typed the same mail address I use for my Google acc. when I sign into Epic, and then I got a mail allowing me to reset my Epic password. I did that, returned to the app, completed the Epic Games log in using the new password, and it worked.
If you don't remember your Epic account email or password, you can try to recover them using the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page. If you still can't sign in to your Epic account, we highly suggest contacting Epic Games Support for further assistance. They may need to recover your Epic account to fix the issue.
Within my son's Epic Games account he currently has a connection to his Switch. When I try to link to his new box (which is his home xbox) I want it to connect to his xbox account, but instead it connects to my xbox account and at no point does it ask which box account to link to! We have a family Microsoft account where I have 2 son's listed.
