Own fridge and freezer doors. Pop off black plastic guard that has vents and runs along bottom of front of fridge. On mine you see the aluminum cooling vents and the copper tubing that circulates the water. I have to vacuum off the vents every 2 orb3 months or the temp starts riding on my fridge and freezer. Hope yours is in the same place.
Not that model, but no. I took a chance on a Hisense and i think some of the bits that need heating to keep the freezer frost-free were either dead on arrival or died under a year. Hi my hisense fridge is having cooling issues, the freezer works fine but the top part (fridge) isn't cooling. I opened up the fridge part and the coils are frozen, when i start it I can see the fan runs for a few seconds then it turns off.
