I can't see the dashboard on an old iPhone 5s either, but I can access the dashboard on my Windows PC/laptop. Apple have prevented both phones from being updated from Software Version 12.5.4 - I assume the Rewards site/dashboard has been altered and no longer works on the older iPhones.
