I am pretty sure, at least from my experience and reading posts here, it is no longer realistic to breed a 5* Legendary dragon that is not in the Sanctuary. Your best bets would be Sanctuary, Arena/Alliance rewards, and trading. The breeding tree and mountain are pretty useless outside filling your collection.
