Actually their policy states in poster 7 that we can film lobbied and corridors and anywhere else the public is legally allowed to be. If you're familiar with 1st amendment audits then go watch one and watch the cops come and explain to the employees that we are in fact allowed to film. They can restrict it to time place and matter.

Most of the people who do this don't understand the laws they are claiming to audit. The first amendment doesn't give you the right to be anywhere you want doing anything you want at any time. They are trying to start trouble.
