Same problem. Have confirmed my EA account is linked to my PSN and that my EA account is linked to twitch prime multiple times. Have restarted the game and console multiple times. Still nothing. I didn’t have this problem last year when there was a twitch prime loot drop for CODWWII, so I don’t know what the issue is.

I logged in twitch from my ps4 (since it has the browser for internet) everything was already linked from all the work done before this attempt, and i was actually able to broke into the endless repetitive tabs of twitch prime that brought me to the '' CLAIMED WITH SUCCESS'' message and finally the skin and 5 packs were actually in the game.
I had claimed a bunch of stuff from prime and it was marked as claimed but it never showed up in my Apex account. I ended up finding a solution though: 1. Go to the Prime benefits page and find an item from EA (i.e. FIFA, Madden, UFC, etc.) and click it to claim the loot for it. 2. You'll end up needing to link your EA and Amazon accounts. 3.
