Cox Email Help is in the upper right of Settings, just left of the Close "X". Go to Settings: in the upper right of Inbox, click > All settings ... Help specific to a Settings category is in the upper right of each category's page. Cox websites for Webmail Help appear to be for Legacy. New Webmail includes Help icons.
You will receive emails from Cox in advance to let you know about your email moving to Yahoo. When your email is ready to make the move, you will receive an email from Yahoo with instructions on how to do so. If you have multiple email addresses, each of them will receive their own individual instructions when they are ready to move.

POP will download all emails located in your Inbox to the PC for storage. Any emails in folders that you have created, that are not in the Inbox, will need to be moved to the Inbox first.
Webmail (Enhanced): I get directed to my Cox Account page as if I'd signed in to www.cox.com directly. If I click on either of the email links (i.e. 'Cox Email' at the top or 'View Cox Email' in the Internet section) it just reloads the page.

For those experience webmail slowness, we'd like to collect more information to investigate further. If you could email us at cox.help@cox.com with the following it would be very helpful: why is webmail so slow. I can log into my account in seconds and webmail takes more than 3 minutes most times. Sometimes fast.
Delete the old Cox account under Settings -> Mail. Add a new account. Select Yahoo! It will ask you to sign in - use your old Cox email address as your username: jdoe@cox.net and then click next. It will then ask for your password - use the new password you created when you transitioned to Yahoo and then click next.
This will help give other Webmail users a better understanding, going forward, of the maximum number of active sessions threshold and what may happen if it's exceeded. From the Cox Webmail page, click the " View site information" icon. (lock in upper left of the screen just left of the Omnibox) Click " Site settings ". "Usage" may display "No usage data" initially. Wait for the number of cookies to display (may take 30-60 seconds). Then click " Clear data " to delete only "myemail.cox.net" cookies.
