The icons for some of the folders stayed as they were, but some changed to a simple brown folder icon: Of the brightly coloured folders, the only one that changed was the green "Downloads" folder, which changed to a plain brown folder icon. I was able to change this back to the default green-coloured folder icon using the "Customise" option.
Thank you for the additional information. While working on creating a shortcut in the app, I discovered you can ask Siri "Open Location Services" and it will open right to the screen that you're wanting, so you can turn it on and off. Windows 10: Location is off yet I "an app is using your location icon is on". On my action centre on Windows 10 Pro, location is turned off, it's also turned off in my privacy settings. However I still occasionally see the icon (two circles) on the system tray (taskbar) indicating that an app is using my location.
