Login page for new Etsy Seller App is incorrect. I've had the new Etsy Seller App for months in beta. Now that there's an update, I've updated the app but it wouldn't let me log back. It says "There's no shop related to this email" even though I'm currently logged into my shop and the old orange Sell on Etsy app on my phone.
Etsy has been suspending some shops I log in to for mere login activity from my end. I understand it's for privacy and security concerns but they take weeks to unsuspend it after the seller emails them a couple of times and sometimes they won't unsuspend the shop at all.
I am having a stressful time with this seller site . i can't log in now but I've had all kinds of issues . i have a fee to pay ands I just want to pay it and delete my account. I've requested a new password at least 10 times now , password accepted , still can't login in . sent emails ,, no response...
What some shops do is to hire people to focus on fulfilment - measuring, packaging, shipping, that kind of thing - by forwarding the sold emails to the assistant's email. And hire people to help with the copywriting and photography. But the shop owner does the actual uploading and account management on the Etsy account. Translate to English.

Last weekend I tried deleing the app and reinstalling from App Store and it did not help. It had been taking a few tries of closing and opening the app ...

there is some kind of site wide problem, orders cant be processed, people cant buy, we cant see our payment account, it might be related to that
