The Building Department offers inspections on Saturdays for certain types of residential projects within the Las Vegas Valley, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. The construction scope for which inspections may be scheduled on Saturdays includes the following:

Building. Effective October 16, 2023, all new building permit applications will be required to demonstrate compliance with the 2021 IECC. Effective February 4, 2019, the Clark County Building Department adopted the 2018 International Building Codes.
