I had to replace my computer. I have Spectrum as my internet provider. I want to use my Outlook to read and send emails. I need to get this set-up ASAP. What do I need to do?
I have used Microsoft Outlook as my email client for the longest time, and I like it. My ISP is Charter/Spectrum...and they are the worst! Currently, I am unable to send email from my Charter email account using Outlook.

Did you try mail.charter.net for SMTP outgoing server on iphone? I've only had issues with outgoing server and that setting when my cellular service was with Spectrum, when I switched to T Mobile, it resolved immediately.
My Win 10 computer, using Windows Mail, can recieve mail from my Spectrum but cannot send. I am using the correct server settings according to Spectrum. Any suggestions on what to try. Spectrum says that because i can send and receive via their web mail it isnt their problem.

To remove and re-add your Spectrum webmail account in the new Mail experience in Outlook.com, follow these steps: On the toolbar, select the Settings icon, then select View all Outlook settings. Select Sync email to see your Connected accounts.
