Created on August 17, 2019. Setting up Spectrum/Charter email on Outlook 2016 using windows 10. I have set up other accounts on my outlook with no issues. I am now trying to set up Spectrum/Charter and it appeasrs to be a login issue. I have tried all the suggestions that Spectrum/charter has to offer but no luck. I want to use POP.
