    I suggest making a claim and trying to speed up the support process by getting to a manager or supervisor. Go to your local ups to start the process. They will be able to track the package to the last point it was scanned. All packages are scanned in or out so they would be able to pin point the exact warehouse it should be in.

    Get the process started ASAP. You probably won't have a court date for 30-45 days and that's just an opportunity to petition the court for you to use a private process servicer to serve the complaint for an even later date after the sheriff fails to serve twice.

    Not everything is available on streaming services as you've obviously found. There's a whole universe of great content out there that isn't and will probably never be available on streaming platforms so why not take advantage of the opportunity to watch it on physical media.
