No. What you can do is to install BlueStacks (android VM) and use that, installing the PS App from APKmirror. Allocating 1GB of RAM and 1 core to the BlueStacks VM was working well for me while playing warzone. Anyone know if you can download the ps app to your pc as you would an iPhone? I had to google up an older version of the installer for PS Now, as the 11.7 version is the one that just refuses to install. I found a safe installer for the 11.0 version, installed it, PS Now updated itself, and now I'm able to play my games on Win 10.
The solution I use is to download and install the PS app 22.1.0 from here every time I want to use it. If you try to use it again it will demand an update that, if you accept, will make the app go back to not opening, so you have to uninstall and reinstall when you want to use it again. When I try to launch the PS Now PC app (Windows 10), I get no splash screen or any signs of life apart from the mouse pointer showing it's "busy". Nothing appears in the Task Bar, but upon checking Task Manager, it shows 2 instances of PS Now - one of them briefly displays "suspended" at regular intervals.

After struggling with the official remote play app for PC with a PS5 (it ran at obvious 30fps with horrible stuttering) for months, I got Chiaki to work and it rans really well (60fps and low input lag). It does have a small glitch that sometimes I get a corrupted video frame (everything looks white for one frame).

You can play your PS4 through a PC/Mac if that’s what you’re asking. To send messages, party chat, view achievements, etc. Just get the remote play app. You control your PS4 through the computer and do everything you could do as if you were sitting in front of your tv.
