Season 25 of Naruto Shippuden was released in January 2016 according to Viz Media's release calendar. Also, the Naruto Shippuden Wikipedia has a list of the completed English dubbed episodes ending at episode 322. Episodes after 332 are still TBA.
After episode 135 you can jump straight to Shippuden without missing any of the main storyline. Also, as "Ch.Siva Ram Kishore" has added... There are zero references to the fillers from Naruto in Naruto Shippuden. Overall there are 220 episodes in Naruto and you only need to watch the first 135.

For similar reasons, I won't make a thorough research to see if Madara may appear in fillers between episodes 131 and 320. Madara also appears in the special OVA Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations OVA Hashirama Senju vs Madara Uchiha, i.e. a cutscene in the aforementioned videogame.
