Kinda. Robert claimed the throne by right of conquest. Robert was very popular amongst the smallfolk for a couple reasons; he possessed supernatural physical strength, he won several early battles in legendary fashion during his rebellion, and he was fighting for love. Combined with the fact that everyone was tired of the constant Targ bullshit ...
because Baela & Rhaena, as well as Jaehaerys & Jaehaera were twins. same can be seen for Aerea and Rhaella, daughters of Aegon and Rhaena (children of Aenys) and Aelor & Aelora, children of prince Rhaegel. Reply. Low_Ad_2556. • 2 yr. ago.
Not me searching for a house of the dragon family tree only to find a 10 yr old post. This is crazy that this is how detailed Targaryen lore was ten years ago, meaning GRRM took a whole break from writing ASOIAF to tell the Dance of Dragons story. 295 votes, 64 comments. 3.2M subscribers in the gameofthrones community.
It appears to be correct. The only discrepancy I can find is that there's a few characters that are missing like Aegon and Daenerys (children of Jaehaerys and Alysanne), Baelon (son of Viserys and Aemma Arryn) and some of Aerys II's children. Daenaera Velaryon, Egg's Sisters, Baelon, Strong Boys, Helaena, Shiera Seastar, Daughters of Aegon III, All of Jahaerys' Kids really (Especially Gael, who looks more like a man than a woman), Rhaena (daughter of Aenys) and it goes on. Other weird visual decisions.
