follow up to last post I signed out of icloud, restarted phone and now trying to sign back in to icloud. It's been on the signing in screen for 1/2 hr. Very frustrated!

My phone was stolen 2 weeks ago and I am unable to access my Apple ID and iCloud. I have attempted to log in though the number which the verification code gets sent to is in the stolen phone.
