I'm trying to check my warranty on a monitor purchased December of last year. The serial number is not recognized by the HP website to check my warranty. I've tried checking product number as well as serial but every time I get a red message saying it's incorrect when it's typed in correctly, and, in the right country it was purchased in.

Hp warrenty check website always tells me my serial number is incorrect and doesnt proceed further. I have tried multiple hp serial number , all of which are valid , however the website still gives me the same issue.
