Don't use OptiFine/OptiFabric. They have terrible mod compatibility + there are replacement mods for pretty much all of OptiFine's features. If you don't want to download and configure each one yourself, use the Fabulously Optimized modpack.
Basically, get the most recent version of Optifabric, get the version of Optifine that was made for and then make sure your Minecraft is set to the version that Optfine was made for. If none of that helps, I'm not sure what the problem would be.
All we need to do is install OptiFabric step-by-step, then go to Minecraft directory -> config/fabric/ -> open indigo-renderer.properties file with any text editor and change lines to: always-tesselate-blocks=false. ambient-occlusion-mode=vanilla. Save the file and you can now play with Fabric mods and Optifine shaders without graphical issues.

Fabric API, optifabric and optifine all work perfectly together without replay mod, as does replay mod and Fabric API, but as soon as optifabric is added the game crashes with exit code 0. When I load OptiFabric it has weird text. Its like 0's all over the screen. Does anyone have a Solution? Use iris and sodium instead optifine/fabric doesn't work well with modern minecraft on the fabric side. I have the same problem. when i add fabric api with optifabric i have the same wierd text but when i unistall fabric api i have normal text.
