Or just call the store and ask for the number. We use UltiPro to access our pay info. But u need an access code for that. Have your son contact his RGM at his old store. The RGM should either have the information he needs or should be able to give him contact info for their HR department.
I left Pizza Hut in august! I just got my w-2 in the mail today!! I would give it a few more days and if you don’t have it by the 31st i would call them and ask them for a copy. All employers have until the 31st to send them out
Hey im not sure how your store does things but if your a driver you may be on a split payment, so when you’re in the store you get paid at a different rate than when you are on a delivery. I'm not familiar with that franchise, but most franchises will have some form of SAP where they handle pay stubs, time off requests etc. In that software you can indicate that you want either a percentage, or flat dollar amount of your check deposited into a secondary account.
If the issue is the RGM then they need to talk to their Area Coach/ ARL (Above Restaurant Leader) The employee would have to get the information from the RGM (most likely) unless there is a paper in the office with the franchise office/ Area Coach phone number. 1.
