Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is now open. Northwest ISD uses the PowerSchool Registration online enrollment service, which provides families with a simple step-by-step process.
Each of the district's three comprehensive high schools and seven middle schools competes athletically in a range of sports. At both the middle and high school levels, students can compete in basketball, cross country, football, soccer, tennis, track and field, volleyball, and wrestling.

Located in Fort Worth with a Justin mailing address, Northwest serves students from many surrounding communities. Beyond academic offerings afforded to them, Northwest offers many after-school programs – the school is known for its strong FFA teams, student clubs and extracurricular opportunities.
Attendance Boundaries. The school (s) your children will attend depends on where you live within Northwest ISD. The district currently operates 22 elementary schools, seven middle schools, three high schools and an early college high school.
