    There is a whole section on List of grade milestones in rock climbing#Free-solo by men for single pitch free solos (and the current hardest grade is 8c+). It also includes Mccleod's free solo which was one tought to be 8c, but is now 8b+. It also has Robert's 8b solo of Compilation which was in 1993. Hope that helps.
